HEC Islamabad has announced the Coastal Region Higher Education Undergraduate Scholarship (Batch IV) for Balochistan students enrolled in 4–5 year undergraduate programs.

Districts: Gwadar, Lasbela, Hub, Kech (Turbat), Awaran. Batches: 2K24 & 2K25.

Applications are invited for the Ihsan Trust Qarz-e-Hasna (Interest-Free Loan) Scheme through the Ihsan Trust Online Portal. From now onward, only online applications will be accepted for all degree programs; manual or email submissions will not be entertained.

Fresh applicants must create an account, complete their profile, and submit the form online. Existing beneficiaries must log in using their registered email ID and CNIC number and update their profiles. Minimum required GPA/CGPA is 2.60.
