The Department of Political Studies of Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences (LUAWMS), in collaboration with Deputy Commissioner Lasbela, Ms. Humaira Baloch, organized a three-day lecture series on the topic “Theories of International Relations” under the Deputy Commissioner’s Initiative.
The event saw a large participation of students from the Departments of International Relations and Political Science. The keynote lecture was delivered by Professor Dr. Syed Hussain Shaheed Suhrawardi from the University of Peshawar, who provided detailed insights into the subject matter. Students engaged in an interactive session, gaining valuable knowledge, particularly on core theories of international relations.
The closing ceremony was attended by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Abdul Malik Tareen, Registrar Dr. Balach Rasheed, and Deputy Commissioner Lasbela, Ms. Humaira Baloch. The Vice Chancellor expressed gratitude to the Deputy Commissioner for her support and initiative, and extended appreciation to Prof. Dr. Suhrawardi for his valuable contribution.
The session concluded with the distribution of certificates among the participants, recognizing their active involvement in this three-day academic engagement.
