The Meeting of Board of Advance Studies MS in Marine Sciences held on 17th February,2012 chaired by Worthy Vice Chancellor.The members attended the meeting Dr.Shahid Amjad(IOBM),Dr.Tabrez DG(NIO) all Deans and HoD's.The house approved admission criteria,fee structure the duration of MS 24 months,8 courses and 24 credit hours.

Pre- Qualification of Firms

Pre-Qualification of Firms, Importers, Distributors, Contractors, Service Providers and General Order Suppliers

Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water & Marine Sciences Uthal Balochistan intends to pre-qualify the GST Registered reputable, experienced, financially sound and well established firms, manufacturers, distributors, importers, contractors, service providers and general order suppliers to procure / purchase materials / items and hire services required from time to time.

Pre-Qualification is for a period of two fiscal years i.e. 2011- 2012 and 2012 – 2013,
subject to payment of Registration fee of Rs. 2000/- at the time of registration / prequalification and payment of renewal fee of Rs. 1000/- (After one year)

Detail of procurement and purchases are as under;

1. I.T equipments, Machineries, Electric & Electronic items, Farm Garden Tools.
2. Printing and Publications, Office Stationery, Sports Items.
3. Lab Equipments, Chemicals, and Glass Ware
4. Miscellaneous Items and Services.

Interested GST/ STN Registered, experienced firms of above categories are invited to send their applications along with dully filled application form provided by LUAWMS, within 20 days of this advertisement

Pre-qualification forms / documents can be obtained from Office of the undersigned with a payment of non- refundable fee of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees two thousand only) in the shape of Demand Draft in favor of LUAWMS A/C No. 239 ZTBL Uthal during office hours.

Application forms can also be obtained by courier service by sending a Demand Draft of fee amount to the undersigned.

Incomplete documents or documents received late will not be entertained.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Individual tender documents may be purchased on submission of written application to the Resident Engineer, LUAWMS, Uthal by any Govt: Contractor upon payment of Tender Fee Rs. 2,000/- (Non-Refundable).
The written application for obtaining the individual tender documents must be obtain before the date of opening from the publication of this advertisement in the newspaper from office of the undersign and submit the copy of NTN, renewed up to 2011.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security, in the amount of 2% of Tender Price in the form of Call Deposit from a schedule Bank of Pakistan in favour of Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences.
Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason (s) thereof.
Security deducted may be made @ 10% of cost.
The complete tender documents submit at office of undersign on dated: 3rd October, 2011 at 11:00 AM and open at the same date on 12:00 PM in the present of contractors and their representatives.
The tenderer who modify or withdraw the tender his earnest money will be forfeited.
No conditional tender will be accepted.
