Mr. Malik is a physical hydrologist with degrees in (B.E) CIVIL ENGINEERING and M.Phil in NATURAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT (NRM). He joined the faculty of Water Resources Management program in the Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences, Uthal in November 2011. Malik teaches courses in Watershed Management, Land Use Management, IWRM, Water policy and Natural resource issues related to water use. He is closely involved in climate monitoring and long-term climate trends, but pays particularly close attention to groundwater monitoring and drought in Balochistan. He is also licensed Professional Engineer, and a member of Pakistan Engineering Council.
